Oops, there's a poem

[tamaravining]

Taken



I've taken to humming
a little every now and then
not sure why
maybe it's a sign

or could be proof that
I'm what's left
of an orca song

I've taken to sleeping
a whole night through
I guess I'm not afraid of
what I'm missing anymore
or
maybe I'm just dreaming
again

I've taken to walking alone
and I'm constantly surprised
by synchronicity and sudden
doors opened wide
and
windows (revealing,
I mean, revelling inside)

I've taken to studying more
writing I love
music I score
maybe different from performing, but sure

I've taken to grieving less
though more people die
I know they're OK
and (hopefully)
that means

so am I
