Goodness.

I just got back from a reading at Lake City Way Third Place Books, where a friend of mine from the 80s is finishing off her national book signing tour. The book is Songs of the Gorilla Nation by Dawn Prince-Hughes, and is about her journey through autism. I cried.

There were probably 150 people there! She's a success. The book will probably be made into a movie! She's way a success! (She's also written a text book on autism.) She was always a seeker of truth, as I think a good portion of my friends are. She is very good at writing down the truth (though I have to find the book elsewhere - it was sold out there). I'm very happy right now, and moved to keep creating, myself.
